Yom Ha’atzmaut is Independence Day of Israel, a day of great celebration takes place this year on Tuesday, April 28 in the evening until Wednesday, April 29 in the evening.
For 24 hours, a single slogan reign in Israel: LET’S GO TO THE PARTY! but in 2020, we make party on our balcony, garden and on the TV screen.
This year, we celebrate the 72th anniversary of the State of Israel at home.

The flyovers
Due to COVID-19, the usual flyovers have been canceled for 2020 in order to avoid the possibility of people gathering in groups to watch the display.
Instead, a smaller flyover of four Israeli Air Force aerobatics planes will take place over some hospitals in a show of solidarity with the medical personnel fighting the virus.
