The imminent opening of beaches ⛱

This morning, Ron Huldai, Mayor of Tel Aviv- Yafo presents its Proposed Plan to Reopen Beaches to the Public 😎

The guidelines will give beach goers a safe environment and protect them from the risk of contracting the coronavirus, according to the Ministry of Health’s guidelines:

– 2 meters distance between beachgoers

Beach restaurants: Seating at one of the official beaches – groups of up to six people; keeping a distance of two meters between the groups, Usage of non-reusable menus printed on paper,

Bathroom facilities: separating the outgoing and incoming guests with clear marking; placing a guard at the entrance of the bathrooms to monitor the amount of traffic and possible crowds

Outdoor showers: lowering the water pressure to prevent spatter; 

Beach Kiosks: marking two separate queues with at least 2-meter distances between customers waiting in line

Beach area (public space): placing informational signs explaining the health guidelines; water sports and activities can be done only in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the a Sports Authority; 


Awaiting a positive answer of representatives of the Israel Ministry of Health and The Israel Ministry of Interior, enjoy the sun while strolling along the 13.5 km of beaches (From South of Bat Yam to Hertzilya)
