The French chefs in Israelis restaurants

As part as The Week of Gastronomy, 15 French chefs, 1 pastry master, 1 master baker will cook on the best restaurants of Israel: 10,11 & 12 February.

Together, they will prepare exceptional gastronomic menus that will allow Israeli gourmets to discover or rediscover French cuisine, and in particular the tastes and flavors of the South region.

Tel Aviv, Haïfa, Jerusalem, Tiberiade… 3 days of French Gastronomy… we will hope you are not in diet!!!!


👨‍🍳 Christian Morisset (Le Figuier de Saint-Esprit), 1 Michelin star, will cook at the Hola restaurant, with the Chef Victor Gloger.

👨‍🍳 Alain Llorca (Restaurant Alain Llorca, Café Llorca, Carré Llorca), 1 Michelin star, will cook with the Chef Sharon Cohen at Shila restaurant.

👨‍🍳 Xavier Mathieu (La Table de Xavier Mathieu), 1 Michelin star, will cook with the chef Shimon Maman at the restaurant Olive Leaf of the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel.

👨‍🍳 Lionel Lévy (Restaurant L’Alcyone – Hôtel Dieu), 1 Michelin star, will cook at Popina restaurant with the chef Orel Kimchi.

👨‍🍳 David Vaqué (Le Bistrot Gourmand), Master Chef of France, representative of the Euro-Toques France for the department 06, and member of the College Culinaire de France, will cook at Caffe Europa, with the chef Lior Hadas.

👨‍🍳 Jean-Michel Llorca, maître-pâtissier (Restaurant Alain Llorca, Café Llorca, Carré Llorca), will cook with the chef Ram Zilberman et Eyal Regev, at Bakery.

👨‍🍳 Sébastien Sanjou (Le Relais Des Moines), 1 Michelin star, will cook at Brasserie restaurant with the chef Ofir Dvir.


👨‍🍳 Aurélien Véquaud, chef of La Passagère restaurant – Hôtel Belles Rives Juan-Les-Pins / Cap d’Antibes, 1 Michelin star and 2 toques Gault&Millau, will cook with Shalom Kadosh at Cow on the roof, restaurant of the Hotel Leonardo Plaza.

👨‍🍳 Michel Portos, chef of Le Poulpe at Marseille, will cook at the restaurant La Régence with the chef David Bitton,

👨‍🍳 Ludovic Turac, chef of the restaurant « Une table, au sud » in Marseille, 1 Michelin star, will cook at the Mona restaurant with the chefs Itamar Navon and Moshico Gamlieli.

In the North

👨‍🍳 Alexandre Lechêne, chef of the restaurant Le Roc Alto – 1 Michelin star, will cook with the chef Johnny Goric of restaurant Oud at Nazareth.

👨‍🍳 Daniel Hébet, chef of the restaurant “Le Jardin du Quai”, will cook with the chef Yaron Wieder of the restaurant Tsafririm 1 in Haïfa.


As part of SO FRENCH SO FOOD, the Rimonim Culinary School, in partnership with the Municipality of Tiberias, the Association of Tiberias Hotels and the twin cities of Montpellier and Saint-Raphael receive, from 9 to 15 February:

👨‍🍳 Le Chef Vincent Andrieu, pastry chef, chocolate maker and confectioner at the Restaurant le « Mazerand » in Montpellier,

👨‍🍳 Chef Stéphan Miso, Director of IEM school – Training, Miso Institute of Excellence for Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism in Saint Raphael,

👨‍🍳 Le Maître boulanger Julien Pietravalle of Sainte-Maxime.

They will bring French tastes and flavors to Tiberias and will be hosted by Chef Ilan Roberg, Culinary Manager of the Gastronomic Week in Tiberias, and by Chefs Meir Rozenberg, Yoram Cohen and Erez Amos from Rimonim School.
