The French Embassy, the French Institute, Business France, the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem, and the French Institute of Jerusalem invite you to the 6th year, the week of French gastronomy « SO FRENCH SO FOOD », from 5 to 8 février.

This year, the region of Paris Île-de-France is in the spotlight.

And yes! The terroir of the Paris region does exist!
Cradle of gastronomic and culinary French traditions, the Île-de-France combines agricultural and gastronomic heritage, as well as cultural and historical heritage, to create a multi-faceted, rich and varied terroir, with world-renowned products: from the Parisian baguette to Pastry specialties, cheeses and cold cuts, many fruits and vegetables, there is something for everyone!
They will be welcomed in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, Zikhon Ya’akov, Nazareth and Tiberias by Israeli leaders.

A delegation of 17 French chefs, including a master pastry chef, directed again this year by Guillaume Gomez, head of the Elysée Palace and president of the Association of Cooks of the French Republic, are all from the Paris Île-de-France region. of France.
