1 vanilla sugar
30g potato starch
Preheat in a convection oven at 170 degrees.
Put parchment paper on a baking sponge cake.
Mix 6 egg yolks with the sugar and starch potatoes.
Beat the egg whites until they are stiff stiff.
Mix everything gently until well blended.
Pour the dough on the baking sponge cake with a spatula fairly (even thickness).
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
At the exit of the oven, place a grid on your plate (it must be the same size of course).
Wait 5 minutes the Nutella Roll cool down.
Spread what you like on it: nutella, jam, honey, maple sirop…. and roll it!
