Pascal Bastian, Chef in Alsace (The Cheval Blanc), two Michelin stars (2009-2015), 3 toques at Gault&Millau, hosted by the restaurant Popina, hosted by chef Omer Kimchi.
Gilbert Koehler, Chef in Alsace (The Auberge of the Cheval Blanc), Master cook, one Michelin stars from 1990 to 2012, will cook in the Seatara, hosted by chef Igor Vakaruk.
